This is really comfy and fits good!! The straps are super easy to adjust, which makes it simple to get it just right.

I ended up getting the wrong size, which was a bit frustrating, not the end of the world, but still kind of annoying when you’re expecting one thing and something else shows up...

I had to reach out about my order because something wasn’t really clear, and it took longer than I thought it would to hear back. They did eventually reply and were nice enough once I got someone, but I had to wait and send another message. It wasn’t a huge problem, just kind of annoying at the time.

My USWE pack is super comfy tbh, but the hydration bladder is kinda just okay. It does the job and hasn’t leaked so far, which is great, but the bite valve is a little annoying to use. Also, the plastic taste stuck around for longer than I expected. Not terrible, just not amazing imo

Overall, I do like this bag. The fit is good, and it sits comfortably while I’m riding, which was one of the main things I cared about when I bought it. It doesn’t bounce around too much, the straps feel fine, and I haven’t had any real complaints about how it carries day to day.

The downside is that after only a few months, I started noticing the fabric wearing on the bottom and around the strap areas. It’s not falling apart or anything, and I can still use it, but for the price I expected the outside material to feel a little tougher. The zippers have been working fine, so it’s really just the outer fabric that seems to be wearing faster than I thought it would...

I really like the style of this. It has a clean look and fits nicely without feeling awkward. A friend recommended it to me, and I’m glad I gave it a try

I got mud all over my uswe pack after a ride and thought it’d be a pain to clean, but I just rinsed it off and it dried quick. No weird smell or anything after either, so I’m happy with it.

I picked up one of their packs mainly because I wanted to try the chest harness, and yeah... it actually makes a difference. It sits way better than my old bag, and I’m not getting that annoying bounce when I’m riding, even on rougher trails.
It took me a minute to get it adjusted the first time, but once I figured it out, it’s been easy to use. Feels secure without being tight around my chest or neck -- happy with it so far!

I’ve been happy with the pocket layout on these. They sit in the right spot and are easy to reach while riding, which makes a big difference on longer rides when I don’t want to stop just to grab something.

I ordered from uswe.com and, i was pleasantly surprised by how quick everything was. I’m kind of biased because fast shipping always wins me over, but they sent tracking soon after I ordered and the package got to me within just a few days. Super easy order overall, no problems at all.

Overall, the pack is solid, but the bite valve has been a little inconsistent for me. Sometimes the water comes through just fine, and other times I feel like I have to bite down harder than I should. It hasn’t leaked so far, which is a plus. I’ll admit, after paying for it I was a bit skeptical and kept wondering if it was actually going to hold up, but it does the job. I just wish the valve felt smoother and more reliable to use

Refilling this is so quick, quick and simple. No mess at all, which I really appreciate. It works great for me, really great.

I’ve taken my USWE pack out on a few trail runs now and it legit doesn’t bounce around like my old one did. No weird rubbing or annoying shifting, even when it’s packed full. It did take me a minjte to get the straps dialed in, but once I did, it felt really good the whole run.

The storage space feels tragically small. I like it overall, but the lack of room is a bit of a daily struggle.

I went with their size guide, and to my relief, it fit just right. It wasn’t squeezing me, it wasn’t baggy, and it sat pretty much exactly how I hoped when I tried it on.
That definitely put me in a good mood. It’s such a nice little win when something fits right away and you don’t have to deal with returns.

I’ve been using my uswe for biking, trail runs, and even a bit of skiing. It fits well and doesn’t bounce around much, which is the main thing I wanted. So far I’m happy with it, though I’m still a little unsure how the materials and stitching will hold up after a lot more use

Picked up a USWE pack mostly because I needed more water with me, and so far it’s been solid. I’ve taken it on a few longer rides and haven’t had that “am I going to run out?” feeling, which was kind of the whole point. The bladder hasn’t been a hassle to fill or rinse out, and the pack stays put better than I expected. Not sure how it compares to every other option, but for what I needed, I’m happy with it.

Had a bit of a problem with it, nothing too crazy, so I sent it back. The warranty thing was kind of just pack it up, send it off, and wait a bit. They got it sorted quicker than I expected, so no real complaints.

I’ve been happy with this so far. The zipper feels smooth and hasn’t gotten stuck on me at all, which is a BIG plus. The buckles feel sturdy too. They were maybe a little stiff the first time I used them, but after that they worked just fine. Overall, no complaints!

It does the job and feels well made, so no complaints there. I just didn’t expect it to be this heavy. Once it’s packed, it starts feeling a bit bulky on my back, which is always fun when you were hoping for something light and comfy. It’s not bad at all, just not quite the easy breezy carry I had in mind
